I grew up in Eugene, Oregon in a family of fly anglers and began my journey in this sport at the ripe age of 3 years old. After a decade of coaching ski racing I founded moved from Colorado to Seattle and founded Emerald Water Anglers in 1998. Now having guided in several states in the Rockies and PNW and toted a fly rod to over 55 countries in the past 20 years, I have seen maybe not all but feels like pretty close. GT's to Yellowfish, Golden Dorado, Permit, Tarpon, Atlantic Salmon and Taimen. All bring a variety of circumstances and skills to the table in hopes of hooking into one of these maginificent fish.
